Martin Berg is an experienced coach and organizational change manager. He has been helping organizations how to improve their way of working within agile since 2007. On top of his keen interest in both people and interactions, he makes use of his drawing and illustration skills to make points that sometimes might be hard to understand without them. Examples of this are his illustration of the Cynefin framework; his comics illustrate different work-related aspects. All can be found at vige.se.
David Symhoven has been working as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for over 5 years. Currently, he is working as an organizational designer in a young consultancy. He is also a podcaster who answers questions from the agile community and he helps organizations in adopting agile ways of working with training and coaching.
