Many companies tend to only look at one side of agility - mainly the delivery frameworks out there. Few look at real innovation frameworks or try to develop their own solutions. And almost no company has both at the same time. We think Enterprise Agility should consist of 2 components. 1. Delivering the right thing (business and product innovation) 2.
