Vaidas Adomauskas
Vaidas Adomauskas is a Chief Product Officer at Uncapped, London, UK.
He is the founder of Agile Coach, the only Agile training and consulting center in Lithuania, the founder of the Agile Lietuva association, and an Agile evangelist in Lithuania! Vaidas is currently managing Revolut Business, the fastest growing start-up in Europe.
For more than 14 years, Vaidas has been using and implementing Agile methodologies in companies (from start-ups to several thousand employees) and in roles (from scrum master and product manager to founder and manager). He conducts training and advises businesses on implementing and applying Agile project management methodologies. Vaidas’ ICAgile Certified Professional course is accredited by the international Agile consortium (ICAgile), so its participants receive international ICAgile Certified Professional certificates.
Vaidas is an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), a Scrum Certified Professional (CSP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), an active member of the Lithuanian Project Management Association and the INFOBALT Association, an Agile Project Management at Vilnius University and the School of International Business.

Revolut is known for its fast product development. Vaidas learned the way they work while leading Revolut Business. They did not "use LeSS". But for sure they used many practices that LeSS advocates for.
