Mark Marijnissen

Mark Marijnissen is an internationally recognized expert on Obeya and in particular the Art of Obeya Hosting. As an Organization Coach working for Organize Agile, Mark has guided multiple transformations and has hosted many events to build learning organizations - organizations that continuously improve. Mark was one of the five speakers at the worldwide Obeya Summit and has authored a training module on Obeya Hosting in the core curriculum of the Obeya Association, the worldwide leading place where Obeya professionals meet. Mark is known for his unique combination of being both analytical and human-centered - combining his experience with mindfulness and nonviolent communication with a clear and technical presentation of complex ideas. Before hosting participatory change as an Organization Coach, Mark worked as a Life Coach, Nonviolent Communication Trainer, Software Developer, Scrummaster, and Lean Startup Consultant.
